Kimokeo Cove is a class 5 simulator and was Cove Island's first venture into offering land for businesses. The sim was carefully planned to allow a roadside location for all parcels as well as a massive double prim allowance. Its tropical theme and palm tree lined sidewalks make this is very pleasant business district and a strict no clubs policy means low lag for all other businesses.
