sandbox
This full prim sim sandbox, though publicly accessible, has building restricted to our residents group members only. Build in peace in a pleasant environment with no hassle! Click Here to visit the sandbox.
yard sale
On the first Sunday of each month, we hold a yard sale on the sandbox, whereby our residents can come and sell their unwanted inventory or creations (at no cost to the residents of course). The yard sale is well advertised and generates decent traffic. As well as a chance for residents to hand out, it's also a chance to earn a little cash!
club makani
Club Makani is used for resident events hosted by our staff. As well as providing another opportunity for fellow residents to meet with one another and have fun, we also allow residents to hire out the club when not in use, completely free of charge to host their own events! free prefabs
All resident group members are able to take FREE copies of a number of prefab houses and clubs for use on their parcels. There's a great choice, they're awesome quality and exclusive to Cove Islands residents only! Click Here to see the prefabs.
7 seas fishing pond
Cove Islands residents have access to a beautiful 7Sea Fishing enabled lake on Makani Cove, complete with fishing deck! 7Seas Fishing is a grid wide game, based on fishing for prizes. None of these facilities are offered to non-residents (not even at a cost). They are exclusively for our residents, as we believe that service, quality land and a host of resources should all be included in the price of your tier! After all, that's why you're with a private estate company, right?
